When we bought our first home, we were lucky enough to find a darling home in a family-friendly neighborhood, with many large windows, and we were impressed that the home was filled with natural light. In other ways, we try to fill our home with light. We decorate using pictures of the Savior, and other inspiring art. We like to watch and read things that are uplifting and fun. Friends, family, and visitors often come to visit and we welcome them. We also have a great big yard, complete with pretty flower beds, and a vegetable garden. Our home is clean (not counting playtime of course!) and friendly.
